Individual Peach Crisp - Pinterest Success {31}

The thing I liked most about this recipe is that is was very adaptable; both in making it low carb and in using whatever fruit you have on hand. There are those times in the evening when I crave just a little something sweet and I know that fruit and oatmeal are two ingredients I always have on hand. And, it is ready in three minutes - simple!

This great recipe can be found by clicking on the original pin and the only change I made was to substitute Splenda brown sugar for the regular brown sugar. I used a peach, but this would be delicious with blueberries, strawberries or apples - really any fruit.

The individual peach crisp came out of the microwave, warm and ready to eat. A dollop of whipped cream was perfect on top, but a small scoop of vanilla ice cream would be even better, if you have some in your freezer. If you are practicing portion control, this type of recipe is perfect for satisfying a craving, but keeping your diet on track. You can have dessert without the guilt and this recipe proves it :-)

  9. One of my favorite desserts. I love making individual portions since we are empty nesters, but still like homemade food.
